• Priya Travels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
• All services provided are subject to availability and acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, app, or by contacting our customer service.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Customers are required to provide accurate personal and travel details during booking.

3. Payment Terms

• Full or partial advance payment may be required at the time of booking.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other supported methods.
• Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, and seasonal demand.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled trip will be eligible for a refund (after applicable deductions).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles should not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, or in violation of traffic laws.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
• Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period due to negligence or misuse will be charged to the customer.

6. Driver Policy

• Our professional drivers are trained, verified, and adhere to road safety norms.
• Any misbehavior or misconduct with drivers will result in immediate termination of the service without any refund.
• Tips for drivers are not mandatory but appreciated.

7. Delays & Liabilities

• Priya Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, or mechanical failures.
• We will try our best to provide an alternative vehicle in case of a breakdown.
• We are not liable for any loss of personal belongings or damages during the trip.

8. Coach & Bus Rentals

• Coaches and buses are booked for specific durations and routes only.
• Any overtime or route change will be charged additionally.
• Bookings must specify passenger count to ensure proper vehicle allocation.

9. Outstation Travel

• For outstation travel, the charges are based on a minimum KM per day usage.
• Driver allowances and toll taxes are to be borne by the customer as applicable.
• Night charges may apply after 10 PM.

10. VVIP & Luxury Car Services

• Vehicles used for VVIP services are handled with extra care and require advance booking.
• Any misuse, delay in return, or last-minute cancellations may attract penalties.

11. Disputes & Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
